... and why I'm great at it! Jam Session is a 2 hour conference call, skype or physical meeting that we jam about YOUR business. I'll email you before the session with a questionnaire for you to fill out so I can stalk you and your business and prepare with some ideas. Then, we jam at our scheduled time. We can talk about anything you want. I can answer any of your questions or I'll find it. After we are done, I put together a report of the things we talked about with conclusions and actionable recommendations for you to go conquer the world! The Rider is the definitive guide to YOUR business. This is the list of your unreasonable demands that we are going to make reasonable. I know what mine are, but do you know your's and what works for you and your business? Let's put it into a fabulous, beautiful book so you can show it to anyone and they get it. Its a business plan of sorts without all the boring stuff. We will have a couple of jam session and I will get your graphics and photos from you or your designer and then put together an awesome Rider.

The All Access World Tour is the program for you if you need a more hands on experience. You get me and all my knowledge with a little action for 3 months (subject to scheduling). We can work on anything you want - business planning, project management, marketing, operations, customer service, bookkeeping, whatever. I'll help you get things situated and then we take it from there.
